The spaceApartment located on one level, on the sixth floor with elevator of a building located in the area of Novoli, north-west district of Florence, modern, bright for up to 4 people (75 sqm).
The entrance opens onto a large open space, with living room, kitchen and dining area with table (expandable). From this area you can access a balcony with a washing machine and a washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fan oven, fridge, microwave, freezer, kettle, american coffee machine and the living room has a large SMART TV (with connection to netflix and amazon prime video account included) with DVD player (which can also be used as a music player) and some DVDs in Italian. There is a powerful speaker system with a subwoofer connected to the TV, but it can also be used in combination with a smartphone via Bluetooth connection. In the living room there is a very good and very quiet Daikin brand air conditioning system.
The apartment has home automation and allows you to control lights of lamps and LEDs, coffee machine and heating, listen to music (through the system of connected speakers) with voice commands
From this room there is access to a loft hallway that leads to the master bedroom which includes a double sofa bed (size 180x200 cm) with a MEMORY FOAM mattress. There is a second single bed / sofa in the corner of the room. From this area you can access a balcony. On the ceiling of the bedroom there are large fan blades that help a lot to make you feel cool and comfortable on hot days.
Returning to the hallway you can access the other bedroom where there is a single bed for a square and a half (measures 140x200) that can accommodate two people, a desk, a wardrobe with 3 doors and a mirror.
Near the 2 bedrooms you can access the modern bathroom with shower, mirror, sink, toilet and bidet. The shower has 7 modes of delivery of the jet, including "cascade of fog", massaging, oxygenated, spout.
The apartment has fast WiFi and a powerful air conditioning system in the living room. Both rooms receive air conditioning from the powerful living room (which is enough to cover the whole apartment without problems) and also have large and powerful fan blades in the ceiling.
The apartment has electric shutters in both bedrooms, shutters that can be raised or lowered with convenient side buttons.
Under the building where the apartment is located, there is a private parking for our guests. It is in an isolated and tree-lined area with a gate at the entrance. The entrance of the private parking is 2 mts large. Car can be also parked in the streets around the building freely..

Check-out before 11.00.
It is important to respect the check-out time to give the opportunity to clean and prepare the apartment for subsequent guests.
Only registered people can stay in the apartment.
To access the private parking space by car there is a "corridor" between two walls of 2.10 meters wide and approximately 7/8 m long. Just be a little careful and if the car is an ordinary size there should be no problem. However, free (and always available) parking has been provided on the street in the immediate vicinity in case of any problems.
Guests will have the entire private apartment at their disposal.
The accommodation is delivered with bed linen and bath towels, shower towels and small bidet towels. There are also soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper.

You will not be charged any extra costs of any type.
Any extra request (eg early or late check in, baggage deposit) will be taken into account and accepted if possible.
The apartment is a "Tourist Location", therefore the services to the person of a hotel are excluded from the law, such as reception, concierge or surveillance of the accommodation, mail, cleaning and linen change during the period.
Guest interactionI will give them the necessary information for the mobility and services available in the neighborhood and in Florence.
In the house, maps, books, guides and information on Florence and the Province will be available for consultation.
I will however be available to give you advice to spend your time in Florence and make your experience enjoyable.
Neighborhood overviewNovoli is a nice, residential neighborhood, full of shops and services like supermarkets, gyms, cinemas, swimming pools. There is also a nice park (San Donato) very close (5/10 minutes walking) and another one, very big (Cascine Park), 10 minutes by car or 15 by bus.
Getting aroundWell connected to the city center by public transport, ideal for those traveling by car (i offer a free parking place in a private area for our guests). it takes 15 minutes to reach the city center using public transports with the tramway stop located in the corner of the road. Tramway passes exactely every 5 minutes from 5.20 am to 2 in the night, included sundays and feast days, and brings you in the heart of Florence (the tramway stops at train station of Santa Maria Novella; from there you can walk and reach Duomo in about 10 minutes).
A bus/tramway ticket valid for 90 minutes costs 1.50 euro.
